NUT HOUSE COOKIES 
3 lg. eggs
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. chopped dried apricots

Cream together the eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, Crisco oil and vanilla. Slowly add and blend well the flour and soda. Then add the nuts and dried apricots. When it is well mixed, drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Makes 4 1/2 dozen. A light glaze may be added. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 14 minutes.
