JAM FINGERS 
1 (12 oz.) pound cake
1/2 c. of your favorite jam
Powdered sugar
Melted chocolate

Cut pound cake lengthwise into 4 long slices, trimming crust if desired. Spread jam on 2 slices and top with remaining slices. Cut crosswise into pieces. Decorate with melted chocolate or powdered sugar if desired. When chocolate is set, store covered until ready to serve.
