LOW CAL STRAWBERRY OR PEAR JAM 
2 c. fresh strawberries, crushed
3 med. pears, pared, cored, chopped to equal 2 c.
1 c. water
2 tbsp.lemon juice
1 (1 58 oz., 2 env.) low cal pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
Liquid or sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar

Combine first 4 ingredients and stir until it boils. Stir in gelatin and return to boil stirring constantly. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in sweetener. Put in jars. Refrigerate or freeze. Makes 4 cups.
