CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. blanched chopped almonds (opt.)
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimientos
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
Chicken broth
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Blend all together except potato chips. Put in casserole and top with crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
