CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. onion, minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all but last 2 ingredients in a bowl. Put mixture in a 2 quart, buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle top with chips and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
