BEER BATTER 
2 eggs, separated

Beat whites stiff. Set aside.

Beat yolks and add: 3/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. oil 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Fold egg whites into beer mixture. Par-boil chicken 25 minutes. Drain. Dip in batter and deep fat fry 5 to 7 minutes.
