NO ROLL PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

Mix flour and sugar in pie pan. Add salt. Mix milk with oil. Add to dry ingredients. Mix with spoon until all is combined. Then with fingers, pat around sides and bottom of pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until brown, or use unbaked when making fruit pies.
