NO ROLL PIE CRUST | |
1 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. Mazola oil 2 tbsp. cold milk Sift dry ingredients into pie pan. Combine oil and milk in measuring cup. Whip with fork and pour over flour mixture until well mixed. Press evenly and firmly with fingers to line bottom of pan. Press dough up side to line sides and partly cover rim. Be sure dough is pressed to uniform thickness. Flute slightly. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. |
