BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
2 pkg. Morrison cornbread kits
1/2-3/4 yellow onion (approx. 3/4 c.)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 stick butter, melted
4 lg. eggs
1 pkg. broccoli, baby spears

Mix cottage cheese, butter and eggs. (Beat each egg separately before mixing.)) While broccoli is still frozen, dice into thin strips. Add onion. MIx with the dry cornbread mixture.

Heat an oiled skillet in the oven until hot; then put the cornbread mixture into the skillet and cook 400 for approximately 25 minutes.
