MOM'S BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. shortening 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. drained blueberries Grease and flour a 9 x 9 x 1 3/4 inch pan. Mix sugar, shortening and egg thoroughly. Stir in milk. Blend dry ingredients; stir in. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 cup soft butter. Bake 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees. |
