BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
2-3 c. broccoli flowerets
1 med. onion, chopped or shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 c. butter
2 or 3 c. milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes or 2 tsp. chicken style soup base
1/2 c. softened Cheez Whiz
Paprika and white pepper

Saute broccoli, onion and carrot in butter in a large skillet until vegetables are tender (10 minutes). Add chicken cubes/or powder. After vegetables are tender add the cheese and stir. Spoon this into 3 cups of milk and heat. Do not allow to boil. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper.

Note: You can add more or chicken seasoning to personal taste.
