SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. breadcrumbs
1/4 c. parsley flakes
2 eggs
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Sauce:

1 can chilled cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) chili sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together except for sauce ingredients. Mix well. Form into balls. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake 15 minutes.

Heat cranberry sauce, brown sugar, chili sauce and lemon juice until smooth. Place meatballs in sauce. Heat 1/2 hour.
