TACO DIP & CHIPS 
1 lb. ground beef, brown & drain
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Blend cream cheese and sour cream with 1 package taco seasoning mix.

In casserole dish or 8 x 8 inch pan layer hamburger, creamed filling, green peppers (diced), onions (diced), ripe olive slices and thin tomato slices. Top the above with grated Cheddar cheese (1-2 cups). Melt in microwave until cheese is thoroughly melted. Serve on plain or seasoned taco chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
