MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
4 c. macaroni
1/2 stick butter
2 c. milk (can)
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper

Grease baking dish completely with butter. Boil and drain macaroni; mix a little butter in it to keep from sticking together.

Shred cheese in bowl. Beat eggs and mix with milk; blend well, then pour 1/4 macaroni layer in bottom of dish. Then sprinkle layer of cheese, salt and pepper to taste then another layer of macaroni then cheese etc. Then pour in mixture of milk and eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
