SPINACH BREAD 
1 French bread
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
4 shallots
1 roll garlic cheese

Cook spinach in microwave for 5 minutes on high. Drain out excess water. Melt butter, saute shallows in butter. Melt cheese in butter, shallots, add spinach. Stir well, mixing all ingredients well. Split bread lengthwise. Spread mixture on both sides of the bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cut into serving pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
