CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deep Chocolate cake mix or Devil's Food cake mix
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. shredded zucchini

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Flour and grease 10 inch tube pan.

Combine dry cake mix and cinnamon in large mixer bowl. Add eggs, oil, water; blend. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Fold in zucchini.

Put batter in pan and spread evenly. Bake 350 degrees 50-60 minutes until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack 25 minutes. Remove and cool.

FROSTING:

In medium bowl:

4 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix with 1 can Duncan Hines Vanilla Frosting until well blended.
