1 c. white Karo
1/2 c. sugar
12 oz. crunchy peanut butter
4 c. Special K cereal
12 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. butterscotch chips

Bring Karo and sugar to boil. Add peanut butter - turn heat off. Stir. Add Special K cereal. Pour into 9 x 13 inch buttered casserole dish. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together - spread on top. When cool, cut in squares. Can be refrigerated or frozen.
