1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter
6 c. Special K cereal
Salt
1 c. white syrup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Boil sugar, syrup and butter until full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add dash of salt and 1 1/2 cups peanut butter. Mix well. Pour over Special K cereal. Mix well. Pour into ungreased cookie sheet 12 x 15. Melt chocolate chips and spread over mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut into bars and let cool.
