1 c. sugar 1 c. white syrup
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K

Boil sugar and syrup 1 minute. Add peanut butter and Special K. Spread in 9x13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. butter

Bring to hard boil. Take off heat. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Let cool and thicken before frosting bars.
