BLACKBERRY PIE 
Pie crust of your choice
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. blackberry Jello
5-6 c. blackberries

Bring cornstarch, water and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and add Jello. Let stand 1-2 hours. Add blackberries and pour into pie crust. Top with whipped cream. Sugar free Jello can be used. It's also good made with raspberry or peach Jello.
