BLACKBERRY CREAM PIE | |
1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked 4 c. fresh or 16 oz. frozen blackberries 1 c. sugar 1 c. sour cream 3 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt TOPPING: 1/4 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. melted butter Put blackberries in pie crust. Cream together next 4 ingredients and pour over blackberries. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Delicious served with vanilla ice cream. |
