BON BONS -butterscotch covered | |
2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 c. chunky peanut butter Cream together and add 1 1/2 cups chopped dates and 1 cup chopped pecans. Mix and form balls. Dip into the following: 1 lb. butterscotch bark melted in double boiler (don't have it too hot or sauce will harden). Makes 90 to 95. |
