BREAKFAST LASAGNA | |
16 slices white bread (crusts off) 1 1/2 lb. thin sliced ham 16 sq. American cheese 16 sq. Swiss cheese Layer above in a 9 x 13 inch pan making 2 layers. In blender mix 8 SMALL EGGS, 2 CUPS MILK, 3/4 TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD, 1/2 ROUNDED TEASPOON ONION SALT, and pour over layers. Refrigerate about 2 hours. Before baking remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature. Sprinkle heavily with crumbled CORN FLAKES and drizzle with 1 STICK OF MELTED BUTTER. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. To freeze do not add corn flakes or bake. Let thaw. Bake as above. |
