2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients together well. Shape into loaf pan lined with foil. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Remove foil from top of loaf; pour 1 cup catsup over top and return to oven. Bake uncovered bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
