CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
10 oz. chopped broccoli
1 c. Minute Rice
1 c. diced cooked chicken
10 3/4 oz. can of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped (optional)

Place vegetables in 1 1/2 quart dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes to partially thaw. Stir in rice, chicken, soup, liquid (milk), half the cheese, flavor with optional onion. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until hot or bubbly.

Microwave: Prepare as above cooking vegetables in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook 6 minutes. Stir and sprinkle with 1/2 remaining cheese. Cook 5 minutes longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
