MARSHMALLOW SNACK BARS 
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 bag (10 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows
2 1/2 c. toasted whole grain oat ring cereal

In an 8 inch square microwave safe dish microwave butter on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until melted. Stir in marshmallows and microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or until soft and puffy. Using a greased fork, stir in cereal and combine ingredients.

Using a greased piece of aluminum foil or a greased pancake turner, press mixture firmly into baking dish. Cool to room temperature and cut into bars.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
