1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate or butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan and spread the bottom with all the marshmallows. Melt all together in microwave the chips, peanut butter and butter. When hot pour over marshmallows. Refrigerate. Cut in squares.
