PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. corn meal
1/4 c. melted butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Combine sugar, salt, flour and cornmeal. Add butter, eggs, vanilla and pineapple. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
