BREAKFAST SOUFFLE | |
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage 9 eggs, beaten 3 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 3 slices bread, cut into 1/8 inch cubes 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated Brown sausage and drain. Spread in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch greased pan. Mix all other ingredients and spread over sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
