SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. horseradish
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. chopped green pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. salt

Combine all of above and roll meatballs and fry and drain.

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. Tabasco sauce

Combine in saucepan and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes; add meatballs and simmer another 20 minutes.
