CORN DOGS 
2 c. pancake mix
1/2 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
10 frankfurters

Combine pancake mix, cornmeal and salt; mix well. Add milk and mix well. Dip each frankfurter in batter; coat well. Fry in fat heated to 365 degrees until golden brown. Turn to brown evenly. Serve immediately. If desired, insert popsicle stick. Makes 10. NOTE: Batter thickens on standing. If it gets too thick, add milk a little at a time.
