MOCHA BARS 
3 egg yolks, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat until fluffy. Add 1/2 cup hot water, 1 cup flour. Mix in very lightly. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff and fold into other mix. Spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees, will rise and fall.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Add milk enough to spread. Fairly runny so peanuts will stick. Sprinkle with finely chopped dry roasted peanuts.
