PEANUT BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together. Press in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

MIDDLE:

Use 1/2 of small package marshmallows. Bake just enough to puff up. Cool before topping.

TOPPING:

2/3 c. white syrup
12 oz. butterscotch chips
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. salted Spanish peanuts
1/4 c. butter
