BLARNY BARS 
4 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped peanuts

Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Beat 3 of the egg yolks until thick. (Save one yolk for frosting.) Add granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, boiling water and vanilla. Mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff, and fold into batter. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees until bars spring back when touched (about 20 to 30 minutes). While bars are cooling, prepare the frosting. Mix reserved egg yolk with butter and powdered sugar. Frost bars. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over frosting.
