BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
4 boned breasts, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. cheese, grated

Butter baking dish. Cook broccoli (do not overcook). Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Place broccoli in baking dish first, then chicken; pour soup mixture over broccoli and chicken. Top with bread crumbs and cheese. Dot with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. If you use uncooked chicken, cook longer - until chicken tests tender.
