CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 whole (about 1 1/2 lb.) chicken breasts, cut up & cooked
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, diced
1/2 c. juices from chicken (from baking the chicken or use a bouillon cube)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2-1 tsp. curry powder
Cheddar cheese

Spread cooked broccoli evenly in bottom of greased pyrex casserole. Put diced chicken on top of broccoli. Mix juice from chicken with 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1 can soup and curry powder. Mix well and pour over chicken. Put grated cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until heated through and cheese is melted.
