CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 pkgs. of frozen broccoli spears
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers

Boil chicken. Cook broccoli and drain. Place broccoli in bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Cut chicken in small pieces and place over broccoli. Mix soup, curry powder, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over mixture and make a thin crust of crushed Ritz crackers over cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
