BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. fryer, boiled until tender, remove bones & skin, chop
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 pkg. chopped broccoli, boil until hot, drain
3/4 pkg. Herb dressing
Bread crumbs

Mix chicken, soups and all ingredients (except broccoli and dressing). Pour into casserole dish. Top with broccoli. Mix dressing with 1/2 stick butter (melted). Sprinkle dressing over top of casserole. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
