CREAM CHEESE BANANAS 
3 tbsp. butter
6 ripe bananas, cut lengthwise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. sugar free brown sugar
1/4 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. dark rum
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Melt butter in a baking dish, cut bananas and toss in melted butter, a few at a time. Bake until a little brown on each side, gently remove; set aside.

Place cream cheese, brown sugar, whipping cream, rum and cinnamon in a blender. Blend on high speed, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Arrange half of the bananas back into the baking dish. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on bananas. Top with remaining bananas and cream cheese. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees until just the corners are bubbly about 20 minutes.
