CREAM CHEESE PIE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. hot water
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 tsp. vanilla
6 pkg. sugar substitute, suitable for baking
Choice of sugar free fruit, thickened & sweetened with substitute
Graham cracker pie crust (10")
Whipped topping

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; beat in cream cheese; add vanilla and sugar substitute. Pour into pie crust, top with thickened fruit, then the whipped topping. Chill and serve.
