CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE | |
1 box 10X sugar 1 qt. milk 1 pkg. chopped pecans 2 c. self-rising flour 1 box no-cook instant pudding 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese 1 lg. Cool Whip 1 stick butter Melt butter and mix flour and nuts together into a soft ball and press into the bottom of a deep pie dish. Put in oven and brown. Mix 10X sugar and cream cheese; put on top of cool pie shell. Mix instant pudding until thick; pour in shell and cover with Cool Whip. Variation: Vanilla pudding and fresh or canned fruit can be substituted for a fruit pie. Place finished pie in refrigerator and chill. |
