1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
1 (3 oz.) box orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 apple, diced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can mandarin orange slices
1/4 c. nuts, chopped

Heat cranberry sauce until thin. Strain and set aside. Dissolve Jello in hot juice plus boiling water. Add lemon juice. Chill until soft set. Beat in mayonnaise with rotary beater (do not use electric mixer) until light and fluffy. Fold in berries, apple, oranges, and nuts. Place in decorative mold and chill overnight.
