SWEET AND CRUNCHY SLAW 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. sliced radishes
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. vinegar

Combine vegetables in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar. Toss lightly. Add vinegar and lemon juice; toss. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
