CAULIFLOWERETS 
1 cauliflower
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Pinch of oregano
Cooking oil

Separate cauliflower into flowerets. Cook in boiling water until almost tender; drain well. Beat egg and milk together. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Dip cauliflower into crumb mixture, then in egg mixture. Dip again in crumb mixture. Deep fry in hot oil until browned; drain on paper towels.
