1 pt. ice cream, room temperature
1 lb. butter, room temperature
4 c. flour

Mix ingredients together. Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Cut circles with a glass. Make a dent with thumb. Fill dent with jam or jelly. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in Cool place (if they last that long!).
