MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges (undrained)
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs

Bake at 350°F.

Topping:

1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) vanilla or pineapple instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Stir the pineapple and pudding until thoroughly blended. Add Cool Whip. Stir together. Pour over cake that has cooled.
