MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. mandarin oranges (sm. can & use juice)
3 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Beat all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes for 2 cake pans. May also be made in a 9"x13" or angel food pan. Increase baking time accordingly.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

Beat all together and frost cake.
