MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN PIE 
1 chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. buttermilk
Chicken broth
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted

Boil chicken and reserve 2 cups broth. Cut chicken into pieces. In saucepan, bring broth and chicken soup to a boil.

In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients to form a batter. Put chicken in bottom of 9x13x2 inch pan. Pour broth over the chicken. Spoon batter over top and bake 25-30 minutes or until brown at 425 degrees.
