HAM SALAD 
1 1/2 cups vegetable rotini pasta, cooked
1/4 cup chopped green and/or red bell pepper
1/4 cup radishes, thinly sliced (optional)
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup fresh carrots, sliced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 cup sweet onions, chopped
(2 minced scallions may be substituted)
1 1/2 lbs. chopped ham
1 cup bottled Italian salad dressing or Vinaigrette

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients well. Chill for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.

Makes about 8 servings.
