IRISH POTATOES 
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 box 10x sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Coconut, to desired taste
Cinnamon

Combine cream cheese, 10x sugar, butter, vanilla, and coconut. Mix well by hand until smooth consistency. Shape into small balls. Roll in cinnamon. Refrigerate.
